At NATIFE BEAUTY, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different shades or products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@natifebeauty.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
